Refund / Cancellation
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Conference cancellations must be requested in writing and will be subject to the following fees:
- Before December 31, 2025 — 80% refund of the total registration fee
- December 31, 2025 – January 30, 2026 — 50% refund of the total registration fee
- No refunds will be given after January 30, 2026

*(You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at anytime by notifying us in writing)
