Refund / Cancellation

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Conference cancellations must be requested in writing and will be subject to the following fees:

• Before December 6, 2024 — 80% refund of the total registration fee
• December 7, 2024 – January 30, 2025 — 50% refund of the total registration fee
• No refunds will be given after January 30, 2024
